Dr Sun Loo is a clinical haematologist consulting from the Eastern Haematology Oncology Group.

Dr Sun obtained her medical degree from the University of Western Australia, before journeying to the east to complete her Haematology training through Austin Hospital. She then completed her AML/MDS fellowship in the Alfred Hospital, with a wealth of knowledge gained in clinical trials and is now pursuing a PhD at Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre and Walter and Eliza Hall Institute of Research with a focus on genomics in AML.

She also has expertise on a wide range of other conditions including interpretation and management of abnormal blood results (ie,. low blood count, evaluation of serum protein electrophoresis findings), iron overload or deficiency, blood clots, all blood cancers, and others. She prizes authenticity, sincerity, and music.
